Having realized the challenges created by the new digital era, the digital demands multiplied by the pandemic, as well as the need for better and more direct services for our fellow citizens, the municipality of Megisti has launched its new website aiming to improve the everyday life and to increase the extroversion of our Municipality.
The new portal of the Megisti Municipality that constructs a continuous channel of communication among citizens, visitors and friends of our island, is the main means of valid and timely communication which highlights all the history, culture, uniqueness and events of our place.
The Megistis Municipality is even closer to its residents, implementing its strategy for the digital transition of our island to a new era, using innovative services. The new digital tools enable citizens/residents to actively participate in making important decisions, to monitor the municipal work and to be easily and quickly informed about the news of our island.
At the same time, important information and telephone numbers are provided for the friends and visitors of our island, as well as rich photographic material, conveying the beauties of our place all over the world.
